too harsh - it's difficult to play conditions you are not used to, against bowling that is a higher standard than you are used to. Pitches in SA may turn sometimes but none of the spinners will have been capable of the control to maintain pressure like Jadeja and Ashwin. Would agree about the batting in Nagpur and Mohali but there batting in Bangalore and Delhi been a disgrace.
The only batsman actually doing well is de villiers, all the rest have been shambolic.

True, but it becomes a mental issue when you are struggling - Ind had plenty of similar criticism when we were getting whitewashed in Eng and Aus.

Ishant has been impressive, has had a good series, leading the seamers, if he was consistent, then he could have had a lot of test wickets, he has all the talent, but isn't consistent enough
