the beancounters at Edgbaston will be getting worried , they will lose a lot of money if this game doesn't reach Saturday, let alone sunday

There was an article on cricinfo saying they've insured themselves against a shortened game including loss of revenue from food and drink sales.
Work expands to fill the time available, so why do today what can be put off until tomorrow.

Buttler has been a big disappointment with the bat this series. another soft dismissal. The lead is not going to very big and Rodgers and Warner could knock it off rather quickly. Warner tends to get runs get runs in the second innings.

and a ball-tracker shows that a review would have seen Buttler still batting - going over.

With two reviews left it was stupid not to review that even if you thought it was stone-dead. Shane Watson would have done, and he'd still be there as a result. Awful all round by England this morning.
Anything can happen with a round ball.

would have been over-turned on review as well , most batsmen would have chanced their arm with a review at this stage of an innings and 2 left

For heaven's sake we're at 7th wicket stage and no reviews have been used yet. What a cock up, have to blame Mooen a bit for that non review.
