India will probably always play 2 spinners just the question which ones.
2 of Ashwin, Jadeja, Binny and Axar will always play because of their batting abilties.

Personally I would always pick 2 spinners since those 2 guarantee 20 overs where as binny can only really provide 4-6 overs.

But Binny playing as a proper batsman is not out of question which I don't mind if Dhawan/Rayudu do crap.

if your seamers suck and are going at 6+ runs per over then you should stop playing them and not stick with them just because its supposedly seam friendly conditions

Well it seem like Dhoni is agreeing to this and Binny + 2 seam bowler + 2 spinner will be the team combination.

England and India could hardly be going at this more differently. India, two spinners, two pace bowlers and a medium pace all rounder. England with four pace bowlers and a spinner all rounder.
