Pakistan 62-3.
WI 77-3

Can Pakistan knock over the WI tail?

Two fairly one sided games so far. And Australia v Afghanistan will be tomorrow. NZ should be too strong for SL too in the other game.

Win could come at a cost for Windies, with both Gayle and Russell really seeming to be struggling with injuries

Yet the NRR gained could be crucial if there is a eventual tie for 3rd/4th...

This performance made me now look up the odds for a West Indies win. It's 10-1 now but imagine it was longer before the match.

Big hitting and now some decent fast bowling performances could make them a dark horse.

Actually most of them were ducked by the batsmen

From the side on shots that were shown most looked over shoulder height

Good opening spell by Kiwi opening attack of Boult and Matt. Very few boundary balls. SL looking to build up a partnership after loss of an early wicket.

Wonderfully placed through point by Kusal Perera for 4. Well on top of it and nicely controlled. SL 27/1.

One more boundary. Two successive fours for KP. He is the one who is trying to attack the bowlers.

Two instances this WC where pace bowler has hit stumps but bails have not been dislodged. Karunaratne lucky to survive against Boult.
