That session went as clearly to the home team as the first did to England. Is the draw now a marginal favourite ?

The psychology is interesting : after the great morning , did England perhaps assume the new ball would do the job for them automatically , and lose a bit of intensity ? Only they can know...

Of course now , as the batsmen get closer to safety , the pressure on them also mounts a bit...as long as the bowling side don't panic.

All very interesting. Though I'm not getting any sleep , alas :( At least it's the weekend...

If we draw this test it has to be seen as a failure. We've been in full control from the second session of the first day.
