Buttler and Rashid unlikely to be dropped as they are Ed Smith's special picks.
Broad probably just did enough on the Indian second innings plus Trent Bridge is his home patch.
Can't drop in form players like Woakes and Curran who have MOMd in first two tests.
Stokes' bowling was a massive part of England winning at Edgbaston, and I don't think his imminent trial affected his performance at all.
I guess you could leave him out as the Lords result was a massive win whereas Edgbaston was close.
Me personally I would find the weakest member of the team, probably Jennings and shove Bairstow up the order to open, with Buttler taking the gloves.
