Potts has been a lot fuller today, and so far has proven expensive. He got Latham tucked up a little with the shorter length ball a couple of overs ago, like to seem him pull the length back a little.

Got 27 fc wickets at 48. Cricinfo says he bowls off spin. He's taken five wickets in three ODIs, so he does actually get overs.

fair enough. He might get a few overs in this match, then. He'd have to go some to get less than Patel in the first test

No procession of wickets yet still only 26 overs in the first session. Maybe we have to make allowances for Stokesy's ill fitting boot and let 3 overs slide

NZ batters are not faffing around. Going along at a good lick. Might prove to have been a poor decision to bowl first. Maybe even as bad as NZ's decision to bat first at Lords, but we aren't there yet
