Fourth Test, SA v England. Centurion, Jan 22-26

Pak-SL-Eng tri series, Oz in SA, WI in Bang

SA don't want to give themselves too long to bowl do they? With only three bowlers. If they were still bowling after a day, they could be in big trouble.

Pleased to see Hash back scoring runs.

At least they're not scoring quick runs.

I see Hamish is top run scorer in the series now. About 25 ahead of Stokes, though the fiery, New Zealand born all rounder has another knock to catch up.

i think the england keeper and slips had a bet on him finishing top scorer in this series

He's profited a lot by lives against England over the years.

Becoming a breakthough series for Bavuma.

300 lead up. I suppose once SA get beyond a point, they will be able to afford to put part timers on to rest their main bowlers. Possibility of storms tomorrow.

especially for a team that has already lost the series

they should slog for a few overs, get to 350 and declare

350 on an up and down wicket is a very very tough chase

all they are doing is bringing the draw into play

Mo not looking too threatening.

Maybe SA will have a bit of a dart after tea and give themselves an hour tonight. If they have to bowl part timers with Abbott out, they need a bit extra in the bank. 3-0 would be pretty horrendous for them. Maybe look for 380. Doesn't look straightforward to get on with it either, but that works both ways.

They've only got 3 bowlers though and Rabada was shattered yesterday.
