Seems to have been a game of collapses. Maybe there's another coming.

Another valuable contribution from Taylor.

On the flip side, it's very nice to have a player like Buttler in at seven, for circumstances like this.

we need to get rid of ravi tbh, he isnt bowling enough for him to warrant a place in the side

if he doesnt shine at the world cup then get rid of him and give jason roy or somone else who can score very quickly the 6/7 role

personally i would bat woakes 7 and play rashid as the main spinner

of course ben stokes is the solution to all our problems but he has shown no form as a lower order batsmen or a bowler recently tbh

Ha, yes.

I was though quietly confident (ish) of a win, with Buttler, and Woakes at 7 & 8.

Rashid's having a bad time in SA. He's not being picked for the A side's limited overs games.

Not bad for India though. They've been close to winning in a pitch where they were supposed to have no chance. Taylor and Buttler have been chipping plenty of mishits into the gaps.

thing is if ballance plays where do we bat him ?

do we end up with another stokes situation with everyone saying he has to bat in the top 4 and that meaning we have to shuffle every one around to fit him in ?
