Good to see Pudsey in the runs as well as the wickets. Didn't get flogged with the ball either.

Runs for Vince (I was beginning to think he was going to keep on squandering chances), and runs for Rashid too

Umm, didn't I say "still"? Did I say they will NEVER find a spinner? There are only 2 FC games and the spinner has had a bit of a shocker in the first one. Do they persist with him for the next game or give Riley a go? If both fail, what do they do? That was kinda my point. On such a short tour like this (in terms of FC games) every innings is gold dust.

Good to see Vince finally make some runs for the Lions, though anything less than a ton on this pitch isn't much to write home about.

Rashid should play the next game. It's taken some time but he's finally started to get back on track add in his batting and he would be an excellent addition to the Test side when the time comes. Rashid had a significantly better average than Riley last season playing in a higher division as well.
