Some hard times for England with Atkinson off the field and Head being dropped. But two quick wickets before lunch.

Aussies still well on top though, I feel.

Pleased that Carse got one, given the pile on he's getting.

Bedtime prediction, Australia 320ao. England 0-1...

Oh heck, Carey is out. They won't get that many from here.

Time to keep Green in the doldrums.

Excellent session for england

Can i wake up to england not having lost 3 for nothing

Feels unlikely

May set my alarm for a few hours time to see how the game stands.

The pitch is terrible so one guy making 70 or 80 likely wins the game

Good work England, especially Tongue and Carse.

Dreadful over rate however...

Vaughan saying Robinson should be playing!

Can't remember him saying this before the series.

Well chaps, this is your best chance of winning a Test. Your boys really need to make this count.

Is this the best or worst ashes test of all time?

175 feels like a lot but all it takes is one bloke making 50

Hope a few of you are up to watching this. No guarantees of getting these runs even at 77/2 but this chase is eminently watchable , if not Test cricket as we know it...

Pitch is surely going to get a thumbs down from the Pitch Judge Guru but at least no one can get bored by this !

Looks like we may have won one. A bit late now but at least we have shown some heart and not succumbed to a 5-0!

After 3 comprehensive losses this is a very good win for England. :clap Win by 4 wickets in a test match which ended within two days is indeed a comprehensive one. Australia even had a lead of 52 runs after the first innings, shows how well England pulled a win in this test.
