Wickets in the last 4 overs of a game have almost no effect on the run rate, unless you actually bowl a side out.

It certainly does in a conversation about death bowling.

Only Tsotsobe and Cummins have better econs for pace bowlers in T20Is who have bowled more than 50 overs than Steyn. Starc's is worse.

I was more thinking of Steyn's bowling in the IPL. He's definitely got hit around there. Can't really remember any instances in T20Is.
