I heard that on Talk Sport this morning, £600k a week. Ridiculous for someone at the tail end of their career, but I guess Chinese football is awash with money, so if someone is prepared to pay.....!!

Equates to approx £162.00 per minute. In other words if he accepted he would earn more in the time it takes to have a toilet break (putting it politely) than people on minimum wage earn in a month taking s***.

The story was in the local rag today.

I guess he just got himself worked up and came out with his ridiculous bile, it seems to be widespread on social media. Thankfully not on this site!

Give him his due he did come out and apologize and accepted the sacking by his club.

It just seems communication via social media is so common that folk use these platforms as if they are speaking verbally, rather than in writing and not actually aware that once something is posted on the public domain it stays there.

Such crass comments might be intended as a throwaway remark, but only highlight the individual's depravity when they are made in the digital world.
