They happen to play in England for "geographical purposes" What does that even mean!!!

I checked their squad on Wikipedia and the majority is English players......

English players, playing their home football in England..... representing Wales on a European level.

Merge two teams and play at a venue with the bigger catchment area, it's not rocket science.

Forgot to add "small" to your majority, I count 9 Welsh players and 12 English players. Maybe some of the "English" players in the squad happen to be from Oswestry. Some Welsh clubs in the League of Wales have fewer Welsh players in their squad than Total Network Solutions.

Don't see the issue to be honest, TNS are a border town club and Oswestry Town were founder members of the Welsh FA.

Or alternatively it has little to no effect as referee's get blamed for altering the course of matches and favouring certain higher profile teams.

In theory, its a brilliant idea..... in practice, I doubt refs have the balls to do it.

Just have to look at the new red card "hands to the face not playing the ball" rule.... I seen about 10 incidents at the Euros. none ended in a booking.
