Sorry to repeat myself but just get rid of it. Goal line technology, great as it's black and white but VAR is just as controversial as it was beforehand.

I don't even mind offside rulings. There's the line.... yes or no. That is minimal interference because the check can carry on while the celebrations are under way.

I still have problems understanding when and how VAR gets involved, because sometimes it seems to be at the request of the offials and at others it isn't and it all seems to be very abitrary, with no clearly defined parameters

Just seen the Newcastle non goal. This was possibly the worst of the decisions over the weekend. How did a trained ref not see a push when the average joe could see it quite clearly? At least we can't blame it on the big boys receiving favourable decisions.

Studs above the ankle, force, foot off the ground...... if someone wants to tell me that the referee was being honest when he pulled out a yellow, they can go to hell. If that is any other team, the player goes.
