I look at how many times Klopp has lost his blob this season, been red carded, talked about ceilings and other such sh1te...... then I look at Liverpool's results and it tells me all I need to know

I guess with Liverpool you see what happens when a group of players come into their peak at the same time, and what happens when they start to leave their peak at the same time.

Van Dijk particularly looks utterly cooked at the moment. The goals v Leeds, he looked like he has lost half a step. Salah has been given a massive contract to the point he will retire, why bother trying?

They have avoided spending a lot of money on the midfield, but they desperately need a CM or two... and some back up quality all over

That Cancelo red card is another one that seems to uncover how dumb the rules can be. If you arent deemed to be challenging for the ball, the double jeopardy rule doesnt apply, but I am left wondering why that is the case? The thinking behind it is, a penalty is a better chance to score, if its not a better chance to score then unless there is a violent challenge worthy of a red card, why should it matter? And I bet we see the same challenge another 20 times before a red card is produced.

The rules should be changed - if its deemed the goal was certain, send the player off and don't give a penalty, give the goal to the last attacker to touch the ball (like a penalty try)... so in cases like the Suarez handball, If a goal is uncertain, yellow card and penalty.

Amusingly, the defender in this case gets sent off for not playing the ball, but if this was an offside in discussion, he'd be deemed to be deliberately playing the ball

You can't go chasing after the referee like that, hurling abuse at him moments after being yellow carded and expect to get away with it, surely?

Another game, another 4 goals for Newcastle, this time away to Southamption which has been a tricky fixture for years. The only surprise this time is that they conceded a goal. Up to third in the league whilst we wait for the result of Spurs v Liverpool

Almiron scores for the 7th game in a row. I'll bet Paraguay wished they'd qualified for the WC
