"F*cking sh*t"

I'll try and use this to my advantage

Newcastle have no chance of winning the league next season

There is no chance that the fat lad will sell the club in the summer

Rafa will never sign a new contract

Put a fiver on pool at 19/1 when they scored their first. Put a fiver of the winnings on Tottenham at 45s when they went 2-0 down. I'm happy

I could only get 28/1 at HT but still happy with that.

Wouldn't it be ironic if Liverpool still ended up with nowt despite reaching the CL final and have 90-odd points in the PL having suffered only one defeat in the league all season.

Domestic bias always factors into odds. More people betting on a home based team = smaller odds. So, if anything, the extra time passed would further the odds on a Spurs win.... just less people in Belgium (where half are Dutch speakers and a lot of Ajax fans) betting against the grain.

If you like a bet, check Cricket odds for the same reason. England used to be massively overvalued, like youd get 10-15/1 on Pakistan winning the current series, or used to, simply because everyone bets on England. You telling me 10-15 series can pass before Pakistan win one? Value bet, everytime, to bet against England at home in cricket with an English bookie.

So Spurs will be the 8th different English team to contest a champions league final. 2 more than Germany and Italy and 4 more than Spain and France.

You would presume that in the not to distant future that Man City would become the 9th English team to contest the final, and PSG might become the 5th for France.

This will also be the 4th time that Liverpool have contested the final since they last won their domestic title.....unless something strange happens this week end.

Wonder how the new TV money restructuring in Spain will change this? Seems the league is becoming harder down the league, and Getafe are currently a win in 2 games away from the top 4. Maybe in the future we might see more spanish teams coming through.

It should do though it will take a while to come through.

There is a problem at present in some of the bigger leagues, in that they are getting dominated by one team. Germany, France and Italy have almost become as predictable as the Scottish league.

The top 2 teams in England are miles ahead and the chasing pack seems a long way back. It would be great to see more teams becoming competitive over the coming years.

It was great to see Ajax back this year, but Im sure the bigger clubs will come calling to take the best players.

I read today that Ajax expect to lose 5 or 6 players in the summer. de Jong is already Barca bound

wait until they change the Champions league (is it in 2024?) so that it becomes virtually impossible for the rich clubs to not qualify for the KO's
