Lovely approach play from Poland, though no one getting in the six yard box at the front post is costing them. Nice to watch. They look a tough side as well.

Doing well to get on the pitch there. About 10 people chasing him.

Yep another security fail

Was it a Portuguese or Polish fan?

Looked like he had Portuguese colours on and was looking for a selfie with Ronaldo.

The rule that started to allow the stuttered run up in penalties is one of the dumbest rule chances ever

The stutter is still allowed, but the pause has just been outlawed hasn't it?

One penalty miss out of 9 attempts for Poland is enough to send them home.

No, faking to shoot has been outlawed, you are allowed to stutter but not to make it look like you are going to shoot.

Its stupid because essentially as Dan points out, they in 2010 outlawed pauses, but then decided to "clarify" the rules by differentating between stuttering, pausing and feigning..... which for all intense and purposes are the same bloody thing.

So the newest rules essentially make it so hard for a keeper to guess the right way.

Ive got a good idea.... just run up without stopping and hit the bloody ball.
