Thankfully in this day and age, a transfer fee of £8m isn't too hefty (particularly given what we have already received for Lambert, Lallana and Shaw). And more importantly, Koeman knows him having been his manager for that time at Feyenoord.

Not sure what to make of the Pelle signing, I suppose got to give Koeman the benefit of doubt and back him, but to be honest, anyone barring Messi would be a disappointment when replacing Lambert.
