Real have Isco, Illaramendi, Alonso, Modric, Bale, Ronaldo, James, Kroos, Khedira, Jese and him.... 10 midfielders/attacking wingers....

Quite simply, I think everyone would make Man United better. So instead of paying WAY over the odds for one, just wait till January when its inevitable that 3 or 4 of these players will have watched much of the season, and exploit that bad feeling that comes with players wanting out, and make Real realise they have to sell..... because lets get it straight, Real HAVE to sell at least 3 of these, you cant retain players of this quality to bench warm.

After another 6 months of bench, £75million would probably buy Khedira/Isco and Di Maria........

You really think Real Madrid dont want to desperately sell Di Maria? Real are playing bluff, if Man U walked away they would come back and half the price quicker than a Turkish man selling sunglasses in Kusadasi!

10m overpaid but meh, 75 million a year from Adidas pays for this next summer. Di Maria money usually went on interest for the loans.

They should have gone for Welbeck even on a loan.

Press Association saying United aren't interested in De Jong. It will be worrying if Di Maria is the last signing. :(

They definitely need at least one more signing. DiM is their marquee signing but he's not the complete solution to the obvious weaknesses in the team.

Van Der Sar, who is on the Ajax board, was seen at Man Utd's training ground today. Rumoured to be discussing a deal for Daley Blind.
