Sherwood is the new Villa boss. Lucky boy. Villa are a big club, though with no money it seems.

Lucky indeed.

Villa easily have a good enough squad to survive, but yet he'll be treated like a miracle worker in the media if they do survive. And if he fails, well he just gets away with it by being able to blame it on Lambert.

Lambert deserved to be sacked, but I'm not quite sure what Sherwood has done to deserve to be his replacement.

I like Tim Sherwood, did a decent job at Spurs, and hope he does well at Villa

Our game tomorrow vs Liverpool was already massive. But Utd losing today has made it just that little bit bigger still.

I still maintain that I absolutely cannot see Arsenal missing out. On that basis, wins for us and Spurs tomorrow would make it one horror weekend for Utd and Liverpool, putting them both right up against it with difficult fixtures still to come.

His record last year at Spurs was much worse than AVB's before he was sacked.....AVB just made sure they lost 7-0 when they did lose

tbh we couldn't keep getting away with awful performances. Tne warning signs were there loud and clear, the team looks absolutely woeful at the moment. Really can't see us finishing in the top 4 at this rate.
