I'd have thought a battery of controversial decisions was a prerequisite for a successful career on the after dinner circuit

If a defender pulled out a machete and chopped off Suarez's legs in the box, I still wouldn't give that cheating *modded* a penalty

The only disappointment was Howard "Best Ref in England" Webb didn't give a free kick and book Suarez for simulation.

They get what they deserve, for me. Sometimes the decision is harsh on the player concerned.... but there you go!
