Australia need Spain to win.

If Spain lose this, which would be awesome IMHO, they will likely put 5 past Australia without Cahill.

Either way Australia lost better to Holland than Spain did, so right now Australia are the number 2 team in the world. :clap

Its a European thing which has crept more and more into the premier league in recent years, like diving.

Joe Hart punches the ball alot.

Spain will come back with an astonishing four goal burst to win; or tempers will boil right over and end up with 8 men on the pitch.

My votes for 8 men on the pitch although I do think that's a little optimistic. :)

Diego Lopez must be laughing. Starts ahead of Casillas for Real Madrid yet can't get in Spain's top 4 goalkeepers!

Reina isn't though.

If Casillas doesn't announce his int. retirement at the end of the tournament, I'll be stunned.

I'm also guessing given his form in this tournament that Man U will put a bid in for him first thing tomorrow morning.

That was some outside-foot-toe-poke for the second goal though. Chile certainly have some talent for a small populated country.

If Spain started Lopez, Carvajal, Gabi and Koke i highly doubt they would be in this mess. Del Bosque picking his favourites instead of the in-form players is costing them big time.

Casillas has completely lost it. Sad to see one of the all time great goalkeepers going out this way. He has had almost a "Robert Green" of a tournament.

Xabi Alonso has had an absolute shocker too. Time to bring on Koke, Villa and Reina for Alonso, Costa and Casillas. Last throw of the dice.

Around £30m. He's worth it IMO although he's having a shocker here.
