Dont know. I know a lot of Everton fans are upset about it GG, but its still not clear whether or not Everton actually accepted a bid for him in the summer. I have seen reports suggest that he turned down a move, that he and his agent colluded with Chelsea on the extent of his injury and that bought him a better deal to save them fee; but also some journos saying Everton rejected the last bid Chelsea put in for him on 31 August, so who knows.
