Argentina the better side in that first half for me. Have looked very, very solid in defense.

Should have never been allowed to continue, just hope it hasn't caused permanent damage. :no

A great first half for me, very enjoyable with a bit of everything. Some awesome runs by Messi and strong possession by Germany.

It did look noticeable though in those last 5 minutes that some of the Argentinian players were looking a little fatigued whilst the German players had looks of concern. Two very different camps at the moment.

Argentina can not miss a single more chance. If they do you just feel like Germany will wear them down. Could go either way IMHO. :dunno

BBC are doing goal of the tournament.

I'm going for the Rodriguez goal. great technique and awareness, plus it made me go WOW!

It had but the player it hit on the rebound was offside.

The header hit the post. The rebound was saved, wasn't it?

I can't remember all the goals any more there have been so many great ones. I seem to remember an Aussie getting a good one, and one of the Yanks. Messi had a free kick that was up there, some even said unstoppable and they had a good point.

Come on second half, I'm on the edge of my seat. :panic

Yep and the off side flag went up for the rebound which was in fairness a spectacular call from the linesman. :clap

Ok here we go.
