Just confirms what had become very clear last season: Lee Mason is the worst referee in the division.

Thanks for everything Pothas. You'll be missed. My nickname for you was apt and I will never forget it. For the last time, arise Sir Nic.

giroud scoring today probably a bad thing for arsenal in a way , it will convince wenger that he is right to think they don't need another striker even tho they need to create about 12 chances a game for giroud for him to score one

this is one of those awkward games to watch as a neutral

if possible you would like both teams to lose , but I think I would prefer it a little more if Chelsea lost

he has , still think him moving to Chelsea was a little unambitious

he is not going to replace courtouis as the #1 and there were probably a few teams interested in him that would have been a step up from stoke where he would have been more than a backup

Go there for a year or 2, pick up a few trophies and triple his bank balance, before moving to a Tottenham/Everton, smart move to me.

I didn't say it wasn't smart , I said it was unambitious

but if hes happy to be a backup then his choice

Chealski going to have the force the game now. They much prefer protecting a 1-0 lead.

City wont mind Chealski coming onto them.

Wonder if Berkovic would have been a better buy for City.....
