Oh dear :lmao
That Northants bowling effort suggests we are in for a tricky start!

I remember Wantage Rd being a smallish ground when I took the boy there, many moons ago, so I guess a big score will have to be a must for us

Tom Smith leading the fightback for Gloucs, but Kent only need another 40 runs from 10 overs

What could possibly go wrong!
I suppose we'll be going into the competition feeling positive but also missing key players- with de Leede leaving soon too - so I'm not hopeful.
And the Notts game is on Sky - usually a bad sign regardless of the opposition. I suspect our record in televised games is even worse than the overall one.

Billings having a disastrous season. Think he's averaging something like 10 in the CC. I'm delighted they didn't but Kent should have found a way to persuade Ollie Robinson to stay.

Ha... NIck Knight.... "I'm not sure Durham have enough, here"

no sh1t Sherlock!

whenever I hear a conversation about Durham and T20, that's the quote that instantly springs to mind

Willey and Cobb at the crease together..... what could possibly go wrong?

Kent get off to a great start

Hants take a couple of wickets, but it's too late really

Cobb out for 2, Northants slip to 114-5 after 12. Still plenty of work for them to do

116-6

Northants are on the slide. Mir the star for Worcs with the ball currently with 3 wickets for hardly any runs. He's taken away all of Northants early momentum

I rather imagine that Northants supporters are now finding out what it's like to follow Durham.... we know exactly what having the life sucked out of an innings feels like

Not this year though :box

oh lordy.... now I've gone and done it

Somerset win easily without having to bat 10 overs

Northants in strife, 7 down and 53 needed in less than 4 overs

despite taking 3 wickets earlier, Northants now need Tom Taylor to score a rapid 50 too..... no pressure
