don't include Durham in the 4..... they'll just embarrass themselves by shipping 250 runs (80 in the last 5 overs) and then get themselves skittled out for 79

as soon as the camera's roll, they all start going :panic

and the captain goes :panic every over

Not sure if anyone's out of it. I guess Notts are through, so it's three from four anyway.

after a terrible start, Yorks are absolutely on a roll right now......... They'll easily beat anyone in the QFs in this sort of mood. Whichever one of the south teams get to face Yorks they'll consider themselves very unlucky, I think

Yorkshire have got to qualify yet! A defeat against Northants and wins for Warwickshire and Durham or Derbyshire changes the league table complexion.

Strange thing is, Yorkshire's squad could get stronger (maybe full strength) in the final game. Add Bairstow, Root and Ballance into the team and Yorkshire are fielding a near international standard xi.

Colin Ingram is playing so well in the shorter forms of the game that I wonder if he could return to the South African fold.

During the rain on Sky Key,Warne and Trescothick with Nick Night are debating franchised T20 cricket all think it's a good idea to try it, Key keeps repeating a lot more money will come into the game, no doubt for commentators especially. They've got a vested interest in these cricket games.

I doubt much of this Extra money will come Northants's way.

Seems reasonable for Yorks so get Root and Bairstow back for tonight's decisive T20 against N'hants.

According to the YCCC webste, neither will be available, nor Ballance (not sure GB would get in the side though).

Seems that the only supporters for Franchise T20 Cricket are former/current international players and the media. Those in the wider circles of English cricket are not convinced by the concept.

You have business types looking at the viability of a flagship tournament from a commercial value, but don't consider the hurdles to overcome i.e. the British weather, UK timezone making TV rights overseas a hard sell, Football being the national sport in England.

It's gonna happen so might as well let them get on with it and watch it go flat after the novelty wears off.

Looks like Yorks aren't going to bat N'hants out of the game here.

Is it the son of Peter Moores who's knocking Warwickshire around OT aided and abetted by Jordan Clark.

Notts through anyway, but look likely to beat Leics.

Yorks v N'hants looks 50-50. N'hants though anyway.

Durham well on top v Derbys. Probably good for Yorks as Derbys have the better RR. Winner of this could overtake Warks if Warks lose though. But Warks look well placed.

Can Durham overturn their RR deficit on Yorks, should Yorks lose?
