momentary rush of blood or temporary spell of madness?

It was more a desire not to jinx anyone who might actually do something ? nah , I thought if he did somehow fire I could be certain no one else would have his points :)

Overthinking. Bit like England management...

Funny that you say this - for the first time, I did cook up a few ducks in the kamado. It got rave reviews.

I cooked 3, knowing that 2 would probably be enough. Some time over the next few days, we will have a version of Peking Duck pancakes. I am keen already.
Maybe

Durham holds on to the lead but there's a bottleneck of Reds assembled at his back. Stroke of inspired strategy getting Starc as a reserve for this game.

Durham...1392
Red...1385
Junior...1366
Twins...1319
BFL...1317
GJ...1234
Arthur...1219
Andy...1156
Alfie...1112
DD...1071
Mike...900

Don't forget points can be purchased at the club shop at £10 a point to augment actual game based points. The shareholders have ruled that it is unfair and prejudicial and contrary to corporate ethics that contestants who have suffered the disadvantage of picking low ranking players should have no chance of winning the competition.

See you all at the 'G. Queries to the usual offices.
