I think what took place in this game was an absolute disgrace. If I were Australia or the ICC I would be demanding to see all the doctors assessments and demanding action. Jadeja didnt eve flinch when that ball glance off his helmet, he took a single then mashed the next couple of balls a few minutes later to the boundary. In my highlights, which seem to show the last over in full, he at no stage gets treatment or shows any discomfort. Its a nothing moment.

But he had pulled a leg in his muscle, and clearly wasnt going to bowl as he looked in pain at stages and was hobbling. This looks like a very obvious attempt to claim a player had been badly hurt by a blow, so they could get a bowler who could send down his overs on instead. I'd bet my life there was nothing wrong with Jadeja, the team noticed the nothing glance off the helmet and have thought they would use it as a convenient excuse to a sub a useful player on.

Chawal then wins India the game. An investigation needs to be seriously made now, because if thats true, all involved should be banned for a long time.

I seem to have a knack for picking players who won't play, at the moment.

So ... a strange start to the T20s with lots of players missing and a substitute bowling and taking wickets - very controversial! More importantly what does that mean for us - well, it's all got even tighter at the top ...
