based on cricinfo information, the first match starts at 0840 GMT on 17th, which means that teams will need to be in about 0800 GMT

I'd much prefer it if teams could be in well before then, and take the international time zones out of the equation. By midnight between the 16th and 17th would be perfect... keeps things simple
