It hasn't been noticed by anyone but after releasing Muchall in round one I've brought him back to be re-integrated al a Kevin Pietersen. Hopefully this time round he will knuckle down and score some runs.

he's unlikely to play that much. not sure if he even has a 4 day contract.... he didn't last year. i think his contract is for ltd overs with extra payments if we get caught short on personnel

Pietersen is going to play. That's a pleasant surprise for bhave....... and a pleasant surprise for me, because I thought sussexpob had him. I wonder if the chucker is playing? I confess that the chucker worries me.

No play anywhere except Chelmsford at the minute.

Ryder is back, and Ben Raine is in the wickets already.

Ben Raine has had a fairly decent season, but I've only picked him on 2 occasions thus far, and on both of those occasions he has done quite poorly. Time for him to reward my faith in him this week.

Ben Raine has 4 wickets, and I've just noticed that I have him as 12th man



I now have to wait and see if Hales and Samit play for Notts tomorrow, because everyone else in the first XI is playing
