I'm puzzled. there are still draft picks that I indicated up for grabs. Why did I not get them, and why do I still need 5 players?

I am confused as well.

All of Ntini77's selections have already been drafted, and he gas the 23rd pick.

I realise that there are some players on the original lists that have not been allocated yet, that is why the number of selections required for the second round differs.

I think having a second list of transfers is wrong. I released 4 players and was fortunate that of the 6 players I sought in transfer I got 4 but if I had only got 3 then surely I would have been obliged to keep one of the players I listed for release. If ntini picked players that were already allocated then he should have to keep one of the players he wanted to release.
If the list of players you're seeking in transfer is exhausted by allocations to other managers then bad luck, you're stuck with the players you would like to release.
