The format seems to be 7 rounds of matches, 21 in total. Top team from the round robin phase goes straight into the final. 2nd and 3rd play an eliminator match to see who advances to meet the outright finalist. Worth mentioning that the top placed team will play 8 matches, and the winner of the 2nd/3rd teams will get 9 matches for their players to accumulate points in

Usman Khawaja (Qld) - Will be the leading scorer in this comp, IMHO.
Joe Burns (Qld) - Will be the second highest run scorer in this comp. Keep an eye on this geeza, he's a gun!
Tom Cooper (SA) - SA's best batsman when fabulous Phil is away.
Moises Henriques (NSW) - A workhorse for the Blues.
Cameron White (Vic) - An outside chance for the WC squad.
Nic Maddinson (NSW) - This kid is due for a breakout year.
Ben Cutting (Qld) - One of the best players domestically for a number of years.
Chris Lynn (Qld) - This geeza is going to be a star. The future number 4 for Oz.
Jordan Silk (Tas) - This kid is also going to be a star.
Sam Whiteman (WA) - Brad Haddin's heir apparent.
Marcus Stonis (Vic) - A bit of a long shot, but he plays for the Vics, where the selectors seem to have a boner for him, so why not.
