County Fantasy Manager 2013

If there is sufficient interest I am planning on running a new style fantasy league for the upcoming County Championship. It will encompass 10 members in a league, playing 2 games against each of the other 9 teams, over 18 match weeks of the season.
Teams will be decided by a combination of two methods: bidding/auction for the higher value (nominally better!) players and draft/allocation to fill up squads.
Squads will be 20 players (probably 8/9 batsmen, 2 wicket-keepers, 2 all-rounders and 7/8 bowlers) from which managers will pick an eleven (probably 5 batsmen, 1 wicket-keeper, 1 all-rounder and 4 bowlers) along with a reserve for each of the 4 positions.
Team scores will be calculated by dividing the total number of runs your team's players by the total number of wickets (probably including half points for wicket-keeper dismissals) taken by your opponents, and vice versa.
The highest score of the of the 2 teams would win the match and be awarded 3 points, if the scores were level both teams would take a point each. The team with the highest number of points over the season would take the title.
I would be managing one of the teams myself, so am looking for 9 members willing to participate over the full course of the English summer season.
Obviously there would be quite a bit of work involved at the start to get things going, some of which will require input from all managers. I anticipate this being done in early April, so anyone wanting to play will need to be able to get online at that time. After the squads have been finalised, managers will only need to submit a match day 15 before each of the rounds.
Those wishing to take part can register their interest on this thread
