Round 4

This round will just be for anyone who hasn't spent all their money, to pick up any players that are still available. This round will be a blind auction, with the team bidding the most for each player being allocated them.

Deadline for the 4th round is 8pm Tuesday.

given that this is the last round of bidding - can we make provisional bids

e.g. I bid 100 for player A, but if someone outbids me and I still have 100 left then i bid that 100 for player B instead.

That way you minimise the unspent cash and hence minimise the 'luck of the draw' from the lottery as far as possible.

For the last round I don't see why not, as if there were 2 identical bids then the tiebreak loser would not be able to spend their money elsewhere.

Good job there is not too much cash left to spend, or my excel skills might be tested again

Not much top order batting, but plenty of depth and wicket taking ability

I could put out 11 batsmen, and maybe sneak a wicket or 2 from somewhere, need to hope for some bowling luck in the lottery.

Seeing as how Footman stole Tommo AND Groenewald from me.
